The International… This is BIG!!!
SEPTEMBER 4th, 2013 – ROCKWOOD, ON – In three weeks, North America’s top riders will converge at Angelstone for the largest event of the outdoor season and the stakes have never been higher!
After an incredible month of August, Angelstone is hard at work to produce what is sure to be the event of the year, the International.
Super Saturday (September 28th), will feature the $100,000 FEI World Cup Qualifier and the conclusion to the 2013 Commitment to Educate program, where one lucky kid will walk away with a $7,500 scholarship.
The hunters will be highlighted by the $5,000 Pony classic, the $5,000 Children’s / Adult Classic, the $5,000 Beginner / Low / Child / Adult Classic and the $15,000 Hunter Derby Finals. Hunter divisions will be run on the ESI and Travel Right All-Weather rings with feature events on the main grass ring. This will also be the final qualifying event for the 2013 Royal Winter Fair.
Other highlights for the week include the $45,000 Young Horse Finals, the CET Medal final, and the $33,000 Open Welcome.
