The 2012 Young Horse Series presented by Lothlorien made its third tour stop last week at the Cornerstone Horse Show in Barrie, ON.

The five-year-old competition saw only two double clear rounds. The winner was La Scana, owned by Sarah Jane Robinson and ridden by Miro Frie. Finishing a close second was Delany, owned by Barbara Mitchel and ridden by Kevin Crosby. Delany currently sits atop the Dutch Masters Leaderboard with 38 points through 3 events.

The six-year-old competition was won by La Fleur, owned by Jaqueline Wickens and ridden by Robert Krcmar. La Fleur also sits atop the Dutch Masters Leaderboard with 34 points.

The seven and eight-year-old competition had Kevin Crosby taking the red ribbon honors aboard Cassius Clay for owner Lyda Bostock. Finishing third and currently sitting atop the Dutch Masters Leaderboard is Zanzibar ridden by Christine Wiggins for Horse Dreeemz Inc with 37 points.

We are still awaiting our first multiple winners in 2012. We will be following multiple winners in their pursuit of the $2,500 Dutch Masters Bonus.
