Kevin Crosby and Angelstone Partners “Veracruz” win $10,000 Modified Grand Prix as Angelstone Spring comes to an end!

JUNE 5, 2013 – ROCKWOOD, ON –The final day of the CSI** Angelstone Spring event came to a close Sunday with Kevin Crosby and Angelstone Partners “Veracruz” winning the feature event in an exciting class that yielded seven clear rounds from the seventeen starters.

Veracruz, an eight-year-old gelding owned by Angelstone Partners appeared to be in a league of his own, soaring over the 13 jumps first round with ease. In the jump-off, Kevin simply allowed the powerful horse to gallop around the main stadium, posting a time many would challenge, but none would come close to. Kevin said after the win “This is a great win for this horse. I have been riding him for only four months now, but the horse keeps getting better and better. It’s an amazing opportunity to ride such a great horse, and I have to thank Dan Galang and Angelstone Partners for giving me such an incredible horse.”
