We witnessed many impressive performances from the future equestrian stars of Canada in all rings throughout the day!
More notably, Tatum Horan clinched the championship title of the Large Pony division as well as the RH Large pony medal. Earning the championship title in the Medium Pony division was Canterbrook Trimmed in Gold under rider Rachel Reynolds. Rachel also took home the win in the Medium Pony Medal! Children’s pony champion was Mila Mai, ridden by Isabella Elrick. Short Stirrup riders were also put to the test yesterday where Miss Daisy, ridden by Andie Swirla came out victorious!

Last but not least, Hunter rider Kristjan Good proved unbeatable in the Open Hunter Derby where he rode to the top 3 honors aboard Salvo RSF, Chantilly Lace and Diamo Blue respectively. A beautiful course, with stunning hunter jumps provided by Jeff Brandmaier made for a beautifully presented course. The OHJA Junior/Amateur derby followed, where Bon Vivant, ridden by Caitlin Phillips earned the highest score. Heather McCann-Cuddy piloted her mount, Sequoia to second, while Lauren Phinney took home third on Stardust!
