1. You must submit your essential list to office@angelstone.ca 24 hours prior to arrival.
2. You must book arrival appointments through office@angelstone.ca.
3. The office is virtual. EVERYTHING must be done by emailing the office, or through Showgroundslive.com/angelstone.
4. You have your own private washroom facilities in your private stable area.
5. You have garbage bags underneath your garbage can. When your garbage is full, simply toss the bag into the big dumpster at the back of the property. Angelstone staff CANNOT ENTER YOUR BARN AREA.
6. You will have to see the medic every time you enter the property. No exceptions.
7. Upon your arrival, you will receive accreditation and be required to sign a COVID waiver.
8. Showgroundslive will post start times the night before. They will update based on entries, so check showgroundslive before making your plan for the next day.
9. Deliveries for this week close tomorrow. If you need more hay or shavings for the upcoming week, make sure you order today.
10. Any horses arriving on site after Monday will need to be unloaded in the parking area and led into stables. No vehicles can enter the stabling area during competition. No exceptions.
11. Braiding is NOT ALLOWED. You will be penalized for braiding.
12. Masks must be worn at all times when outside your personal barn area. They are required at all times in all common areas. You will not have access to competition rings without a mask (people mounted on a horse are excluded from this).
13. Schooling areas permit 5 horses and 1 ground person only.
14. There are three flatting areas on-site for daily exercise.
15. Lunging is in the LUNGING RING ONLY.
16. All results will be posted on Showgroundslive.com/angelstone daily. Ribbons will be awarded through our social media platforms.
17. Be kind, thoughtful, and respectful to the staff who must enforce the rules.
18. Essential personnel has a viewing area for each competition area. Please ensure you remain 6ft apart at all times.
