Storybook Ending for MarBill Hill Farm Coralissa!

It’s here!! The summer series is underway here at Angelstone with the first of two weeks of international CSI2* show jumping! « The International » is up first, where the second leg of the Kubota Triple Crown will take place on Saturday night in the Main Stadium.

A few significant improvements have been made at Angelstone this year, notably the Cabana Coast furniture in both the Struck Lounge and the Cabana Coast Lounge!

The $36,100 Open Welcome took place yesterday evening, presented by MarBill Hill Farm. Thirty-six horse and rider combinations battled the course set by Manuel Esparza. Thirteen combinations moved onto the jump-off. The ever so quick Leslie Howard aboard Donna Speciale set a very competitive the pace right off the bat and remained unbeaten until the very last two riders, Keean White & Sam Walker.

White, aboard Eques Investments LLCs eight-year-old super mare Tahiorn, raced through the finish line in 39.7, taking over the lead. Last, in, Sam Walker aboard MarBill Hill Farms Coralissa was lightning fast, clinching the win! What a great finish for the entire team, and are pleased to see our feature class sponsor step on the top of the podium alongside Walker, celebrating their very well earned victory. We love a good feel-good story!
