    • CENTRAL: $1,499.00 + HST / Small: 40 spots, Large: 25 spots
    • WEST: $1,399.00 + HST / 50 Spots

    • Gold: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $75 per week is required to book (balance will be added to your show bill)
    • Silver & Dressage: Must make full payment at the time of booking to complete the reservation
    • Camper spaces will be assigned by Angelstone’s show office
    • Campgrounds must be booked through online application only (links below). Camper bookings will open online 2 weeks prior to events.

    RULES & REGULATIONS (Terms and Conditions)

    • Deposits will NOT be refunded if canceled.
    • Campers can arrive weekly on Tuesdays and can stay set up on back to back weeks. Campers must be removed by midnight Sunday evenings.
    • Camper chart will be posted on the website by 12:00 a.m. on the check-in day of each competition week. Please check the camper chart upon arrival and park in the assigned spot.
    • A pump-out request box is available on site. Make sure you have enough space near your camper for pump-out access and do not park your golf cart or car next to your camper.
    • AST Sanitation (pump-out) schedule: Monday & Thursday (grey & black) – serviced by: Campbell’s Sanitation (519-822-1521)
    • No Fire and Gray Water: No open campfires are allowed on the property. $1,000 FINE (from the city) will be charged to your account for fire and greywater. No dumping of Greywater. Keep yourself and others safe and happy. Campgrounds must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
    • We recommend that all campers travel with a 40ft extension cord.
    • As space is limited, park your camper as tightly as possible in the next camper. Do not park your golf cart next to it, only park it in front of the camper. If you are traveling with several campers or as a group, we recommend that you park from end to end. This will free up more space. A $150 refundable deposit will be charged to your account/gateway prior to unlocking the camper cord at the show office, including extension cords, water hoses, power adapters, etc.
    • CEP: Campers are now on town water. Do not remove the backflow prevention device. Any exhibitors who do not comply with this Town of Caledon ordinance will be subject to fines and expulsion from the premises.
    • Tent camping and RV’s using their own generator or off the grid (no water/power) are not permitted on site.

    One of the bonuses to competing at Angelstone Tournaments is the opportunity for the equestrian camping community to take advantage of the Rockwood Conservation Area.

    Rated #1 in Ontario, the Rockwood Conservation area is only 3 minutes from Angelstone. The campground offers full service sites for campers, but be sure to book early as the grounds will surely fill up quickly.

    Camp sites: Rockwood has approximately 105 campsites in four main campgrounds, including 46 serviced sites (electricity and water), 16 full-service (water, hydro and septic) and 43 unserviced sites. Up to six people are permitted per campsite. Check in is after 2 p.m. and check out is before noon.
